Chatterly

Talk easy. Talk Often. Chatterly.

What is Chatterly?

Chatterly is an online language learning platform designed to make speaking new languages natural, fun, and effective. We connect learners from around the world with live, engaging lessons and expertly crafted courses that focus on real conversation, cultural fluency, and confidence building.

Whether you're a beginner breaking the ice or an advanced speaker polishing your skills, Chatterly provides a flexible, supportive environment to grow your voice — in any language. With a modern, learner-first approach, we emphasize communication over memorization, helping users speak clearly, confidently, and with purpose.

At Chatterly, we believe language is more than vocabulary — it’s connection.

Meet the Founder – Teresa McCann

With over 20 years of experience teaching Spanish and a lifelong passion for language and connection, Teresa McCann is the founder and visionary behind Chatterly. Her mission is to help people build real confidence in communication and discover the joy of learning a new language — no matter their background or goals.

Teresa holds two Master’s Degrees: one in Spanish Language & Literature, and the other in Teaching Languages (MATL). Her career spans everything from traditional classrooms and university settings to private instruction and curriculum development. Now, with Chatterly, she brings that expertise online to reach learners around the world.

Known for her warmth, energy, and people-first approach, Teresa believes language is far more than grammar and vocabulary — it’s a tool for building relationships, understanding cultures, and opening doors. Chatterly was created to reflect that philosophy: flexible, engaging, and centered on real-life communication.

When she’s not teaching or developing new content, you’ll find Teresa connecting with students, collaborating with fellow educators, or exploring new cultures — always in the spirit of language, learning, and human connection.
