At Chatterly, we offer flexible and engaging options to help you learn Spanish — no matter your learning style or schedule.

• Live Instruction: All of our private lessons and group classes are taught in real-time by experienced instructors via a virtual platform. Join us from the comfort of your home — or anywhere in the world.

• Self-Study Courses: For learners who prefer to study independently or supplement live classes, we are working to offer online self-paced options.

Whether you're learning Spanish for travel, career growth, family connections, or personal enrichment, Chatterly welcomes adult learners of all backgrounds. Our group classes typically meet once per week for one hour, and private lessons can be scheduled more frequently to meet individual goals. Homework is provided to reinforce learning between sessions.

⏰ Missed Class Policy

We understand that life happens. That’s why we offer flexible options if you need to miss a class:

• Homework Access: Notify your instructor, and we’ll make sure you receive the class materials and assignments at no extra charge.

• Make-Up Private Lesson: If you'd like a live review, we offer an optional discounted private session, which must be scheduled and held within the same week of the missed group class.

👥 Missed Private Lessons

If you need to cancel a private lesson, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to preserve your credit. We’ll work with you and your instructor to reschedule the session at a convenient time — ideally within the same week for the best learning continuity.

💳 Billing & Payment

• Lessons are billed in 6-week sessions, with payment due at booking.

• We accept credit/debit card payments through PayPal and Square.

• A 4% processing fee may be applied to credit card payments (added by our processor).
